Job Details

  •  preparation, review, and validation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Conduct cost variance analysis and identify potential risks and savings opportunities.
  • Review and validate quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost plans.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work completed.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and commercial obligations.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, project owners, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial and cost-related guidance to project teams.
  • Resolve quantity surveying and cost-related issues across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate communication between project management, engineering, and procurement teams.
  • Prepare periodic cost reports and executive summaries for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain project cost tracking systems and dashboards.
  • Analyze project performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
  • Present cost forecasts and financial insights to management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Central Quantity Surveying team.
  • Establish performance objectives and monitor team productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the section.
