Job Title: Senior Pharmaceutical Business Development Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Pharmaceutical Business Development Specialist to support business growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and manage strategic projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong medical background with hands-on experience in business development and the ability to coordinate and execute business development initiatives effectively while supporting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility assessments. Support the development and execution of business development strategies and growth plans. Manage business development projects and ensure timely execution of initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business initiatives with company objectives. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related medical field (mandatory).3–4 years of hands-on experience in Business Development. Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or nutraceutical industries is preferred. PMP certification is preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and follow up on business development initiatives. Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel. Power BI or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Dashboard creation and data visualization. Financial analysis and budgeting. KPI design, monitoring, and performance management. Strategic planning methodologies. Project and portfolio management. Market research and business analysis. Strong reporting and presentation skills.
