Job Type: Full-time – On-site Key Responsibilities:• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to improve results• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and maximize ROAS• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives• Conduct audience research and test new strategies to scale campaigns efficiently Requirements:• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization• Previous experience working with the Saudi market is highly preferred• Solid understanding of campaign structures, sales funnels, audience segmentation, and A/B testing• Strong knowledge of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate• Experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability and improving ROAS• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions based on performance insights• Good understanding of Pixel setup, Events, Conversions API, and tracking fundamentals• Experience with Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, and Custom Audiences• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is a plus• Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets efficiently• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills• Social media marketing background is preferred• Meta Blueprint certification or other digital marketing certifications are considered a plus• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Preferred Qualifications:• Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results and case studies• Experience generating qualified leads and improving lead quality• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and budget allocation• Ability to identify winning creatives and collaborate effectively with designers and content teams If you're passionate about digital marketing and ready to grow with us, send your CV to:????
