Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager / Structural Design Engineer role based in Cairo. The role involves managing day-to-day construction activities on site, including coordinating contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, structural requirements, and project timelines. The Construction Manager will oversee site safety practices, quality control, and compliance with building codes and company standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting structural design drawings, resolving technical issues, supervising site teams, and reporting on project status, risks, and cost variations. The role also requires collaboration with design, procurement, and project control teams to maintain budgets, optimize construction methods, and support timely project delivery.
Qualificationsمطلوب مدير إنشاءات (Construction Manager)الشروط والخبرات:• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة وتنفيذ المشروعات الإنشائية.• الإشراف على جميع مراحل التنفيذ بالموقع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.• متابعة جودة الأعمال والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية والمعايير المعتمدة.• التنسيق بين الاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات المختلفة بالمشروع.• إعداد ومتابعة خطط العمل والتقارير الدورية.• إدارة فرق العمل بالموقع وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.• مراجعة المستخلصات والموازنات ومراقبة التكاليف.• القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات الفنية والإدارية بكفاءة.• إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية وبرامج إدارة المشروعات.
مطلوب مهندس تصميم إنشائي (Structural Design Engineer)الشروط والخبرات:• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصميم الإنشائي.• إعداد وتحليل وتصميم العناصر الإنشائية للمشروعات المختلفة.• إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات والمخططات الإنشائية.• إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي مثل ETABS وSAFE وSAP2000.• القدرة على إعداد الحسابات والتقارير الفنية.• التنسيق مع التخصصات الهندسية المختلفة لضمان تكامل التصميم.• الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة.• إجادة استخدام Auto CAD وRevit تعتبر ميزة إضافية.• مهارات قوية في التحليل الهندسي وحل المشكلات.
