Role Description As a Branch Manager at Takneat, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned branch in a part-time, remote capacity. You will be responsible for managing branch performance, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring that services are delivered according to company standards. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, assign and track tasks, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. The role involves supporting customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed, and maintaining clear records and reports on branch activities. You will also contribute to process improvements, support budgeting and resource planning, and help implement company policies and procedures across the branch.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power).• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Power System Studies using ETAP.• Strong hands-on experience in Load Flow, Short Circuit, Protection Coordination, Arc Flash, and Motor Starting Studies.• Good understanding of IEC and IEEE standards.• Ability to prepare professional technical reports.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in Harmonic Analysis and Generator Studies.• Experience with PSCAD, PSS/E, Dig Silent Power Factory, Easy Power, or SKM.• Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Utility Power Systems.• Knowledge of Renewable Energy Integration and Grid Connection Studies.
