Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Education Industry Location: Nasr City, Cairo (Onsite) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Full-Time Days Off: 2 Days Off per week Job Purpose We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Nasr City. The primary objective of this role is to lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and academic counselors to achieve and exceed enrollment and revenue targets for our educational programs. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring a high-quality, consultative experience for prospective students. This is a hands-on leadership role for a target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, educational environment. Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and sales effectiveness. Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement. Onboard new sales team members and identify skill gaps for professional development.2. Sales Strategy & Operations Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's enrollment and revenue goals. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing enrollments. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead-to-enrollment conversion rates, call productivity, and revenue growth. Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and CRM discipline.3. Student & Client Relationship Management Ensure a professional, consultative, and student-centric counseling experience. Handle escalated student and parent queries to resolve concerns and close high-value enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and educational institutions.4. Internal Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, and Finance departments to align campaigns and ensure smooth operations. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, including enrollment statistics and revenue analysis, to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA is a plus).4+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role (experience in Education, EdTech, or Higher Education is mandatory). A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team. Sales & Negotiation: Strong consultative sales, persuasion, and closing skills. Analytical: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Lead Squared). Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Interpersonal: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with both team members and prospective students.
