Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Resale Sales Real Estate role based in New Cairo. The Resale Sales Specialist will focus on listing, marketing, and selling resale residential and/or commercial properties in New Cairo and nearby areas. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and negotiating offers to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate property listings, coordinating with property owners and buyers, and ensuring all required documentation is completed in line with company policies and local regulations. The specialist will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team sales targets while providing a professional, client-centric experience. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate resale sales, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets. Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries professionally. Negotiation and closing skills, including the ability to handle objections and structure win-win agreements. Solid understanding of local real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and property valuation basics. Ability to manage multiple listings and leads, prioritize tasks, and work toward clear sales targets. Comfort using basic digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, listing portals, email, and messaging applications). High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Valid real estate or brokerage license, if required by local regulations, is preferred. Owns or has access to reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.
