Role Description This is a full-time, on-site No Experience Real Estate Sales Specialist role based in Cairo, designed for fresh graduates and individuals starting their careers in real estate. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will support clients throughout the property search and purchase process, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable projects, and arranging property viewings. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads, and providing accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans. The specialist will collaborate closely with senior sales consultants and team members, participate in sales presentations, and update CRM systems with client interactions. The company provides training, guidance, and ongoing support to help new team members develop sales skills, market knowledge, and professional confidence.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property, with the motivation to learn quickly and stay informed about the local market. Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused mindset. Sales aptitude, with the ability to present options, handle objections professionally, and work toward closing deals in an ethical manner. Real Estate License (preferred or willingness to obtain according to local regulations). Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Cairo. High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with a proactive approach to meeting targets. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic; good command of English is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior real estate experience is not required.
