Job Details

Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer (Remediation & Testing) to join our team and support Service Now transformation, remediation, and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Service Now development, platform remediation activities, defect resolution, and testing to ensure the stability, quality, and performance of the Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform remediation activities on existing Service Now implementations, including fixing defects, resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations. Develop, customize, and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, and integrations. Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades, migrations, or new implementations. Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Support Service Now upgrade testing and ensure compatibility with new releases. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Ensure adherence to Service Now development best practices and governance standards. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration. Strong experience with Service Now scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. Experience with remediation activities, defect fixing, and troubleshooting within the Service Now platform. Hands-on experience in testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. Experience with Service Now upgrades and release testing. Knowledge of Java Script, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA). Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules. Experience with automated testing tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework) within Service Now. Previous experience in large-scale Service Now implementation or transformation projects.
