Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit.
  • Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built models.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client requirements.
  • Support quantity take-off (BOQ) and material estimation from BIM models.
  • Collaborate with site teams and technical office to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Update models based on design changes and site modifications.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
