Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Scope The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing complex recruitment assignments, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering top-quality candidates across various industries and international markets. The role also provides guidance and support to junior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Operations Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients and positions. Source candidates using the right channels, right talent pools with the relevant way. Find the right candidates that matches client’s culture & technical requirements. Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments. Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities. Build pipelines for niche, technical, executive, and hard-to-fill roles. Ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders & line managers. Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment process. Client Management Work directly with clients to understand hiring requirements. Assess client culture, client requirements, map salaries, and draft JDs. Ensure client satisfaction rate is above 95%. Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations. Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed SLAs. Maintain a professional communication with clients to sustain & enhance client engagement. Talent Pipeline Management Maintain active candidate databases and talent communities. Develop proactive sourcing strategies for future hiring needs. Track recruitment progress through ATS systems.
Team Support Mentor and support Talent Acquisition Specialists. Share sourcing techniques and best talent acquisition practices. Assist direct managers in achieving team objectives from operations perspective by supporting Juniors.
Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent. Experience2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in agency recruitment or outsourcing environments preferred. Proven experience recruiting mid-level and senior-level positions. Technical Requirements End-to-end recruitment expertise. Advanced sourcing techniques:Linked In Recruiter Boolean Search Headhunting Networking Talent Mapping IT Recruitment Technical Recruitment Corporate Hiring Executive Search ATS experience. Core Competencies Candidate assessment. Negotiation skills. Employer branding support. Recruitment reporting. Account management. Client-facing communication.
