Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior People & Culture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in People & Culture (HR), with solid exposure to personnel administration and payroll support. This role will be responsible for supporting key HR operations while fostering a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
. Key Responsibilit Manage and support daily People & Culture operations and employee relations activities Handle personnel processes, including employee files and HR documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedu Support payroll preparation by collecting, reviewing, and validating attendance records, leave balances, overtime, and other payroll-related Data Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building initiati Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedu Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information
Requir Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield Minimum 2 years of experience in People & Culture / Human Rresources. At least 2 years of experience in Personnelwork Experience supporting payroll processes and attendance manag Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance proce Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to d Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualified. HR certifications are a plus. Years of Experience: 2+ years in People & Culture (HR) with hands-on experience in Personnel and Payroll Support.
