Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, driving property sales, preparing and presenting property listings, and identifying potential clients to expand our customer base. Additional tasks include understanding client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and collaborating with the broader sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Commitment to maintaining strong client relationships is essential to the role’s success.
Qualifications Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and New Cairo areas Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to identify client needs and offer customized real estate solutions Proficiency in time management and problem-solving Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets Experience with CRM software and understanding of digital sales tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage Availability to work on-site and meet clients in New Cairo
