???? Important Note for Applicants:This is a Customer Service & Client-Facing Support role within a BPO environment. It is not an internal IT, Desktop Support, or System Administrator position. Your primary day-to-day focus will be assisting external global end-users and customers over the phone/digital channels.
The Role: What You'll Do
As a Technical Customer Service Specialist , your mission is to bridge the gap between technical issues and customer satisfaction. You will act as the first line of support for our international clients' customers.
Customer Diagnostics:
Actively listen to customer inquiries, showing empathy while diagnosing hardware, software, or basic technical issues.
*Clear Guidance: Walk external customers through step-by-step troubleshooting, self-service tools, and feature explanations in clear English.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve product or service issues to meet customer satisfaction and performance targets.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Language Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2/C1) with strong active listening abilities.
Customer First Mindset: Previous experience in a Contact Center, BPO, or Customer Support environment is highly preferred.
Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of electricity or basic technical concepts to help explain product functions to non-technical users. *(No advanced coding or network admin experience required).
Operational Flexibility:
Comfort working in a structured, on-site environment with rotating shifts as required by business needs.
Education: University degree or equivalent; a technical diploma or related degree is an advantage.
