Job Role
Provide legal support and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice to management.
• Support labor and employment matters.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review commercial agreements.
• Support procurement and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Monitor legislative developments.
• Maintain legal documentation and records.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws
Technical Requirements & Behavioral Competencies
• Strong contract drafting skills.
• Knowledge of corporate and labor law.
• Legal research and analytical skills.
• Negotiation capabilities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred Industry Background
Manufacturing, Mining, Fertilizers, Industrial Companies, Corporate Legal Functions.
Required Experience
8–12 Years.
Employment Location
Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, Egypt.
