Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and team performance Define and implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, product, finance, and other business units Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Establish and monitor KPIs, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement Design and implement systems for quality assurance, compliance, and risk management Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, procurement, and vendor management
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus8–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in high-growth environments Proven experience in building and leading teams and delivering operational results at scale Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI management Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken Strong personal competencies including strategic thinking, accountability, and resilience
