Executive Assistant & Operations Lead Location: New Administrative Capital, Egypt
We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and execution-driven individual to work directly with the Founder across multiple businesses, projects, and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as the Founder’s right hand, helping transform ideas into action, coordinating projects, building systems, following up with teams, and ensuring execution across various business activities.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support* Manage schedules, meetings, and priorities* Coordinate communications and follow-ups* Assist with planning and organization* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents* Conduct research and gather information when required
Operations & Execution* Follow up with internal teams and external partners* Assist in launching and managing new projects* Build and improve systems and workflows* Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time* Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers* Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Business Growth Support* Assist with partnership development* Help coordinate business opportunities and expansion projects* Support customer acquisition initiatives* Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
