Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Recruitment Specialist will maintain talent pipelines, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. The role also includes supporting onboarding and participating in training or orientation activities to help new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Daily tasks may involve using applicant tracking systems, preparing recruitment reports, and continuously improving recruitment processes in line with company growth.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers. Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate both technical and behavioral fit. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, managers, and external partners. Experience supporting onboarding and training initiatives, with the ability to help new team members integrate and succeed. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles and deadlines. Knowledge of employment best practices and an inclusive, non-discriminatory approach to recruitment.
