Product Excellence Senior Specialist is responsible for driving product governance, delivery excellence, and performance management across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). The role ensures adherence to governance standards, monitors product performance through SLAs and KPIs, and collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:Govern and oversee product delivery processes across the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). Define, monitor, and report on product SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Review and enhance business requirements, testing practices, and release readiness to ensure high-quality product delivery. Establish and enforce product governance frameworks, standards, and controls. Analyze product and delivery performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives. Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and delivery commitments. Drive execution discipline across cross-functional teams and support effective decision-making. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance insights for senior stakeholders. Support strategic planning activities, including KPI development, target setting, strategic mapping, and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) design. Lead and mentor small teams while fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Governance, Delivery Excellence, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) governance and controls. Proven experience designing, tracking, and improving SLAs, KPIs, and delivery quality metrics. Strong analytical, quality assurance, and problem-solving skills. Experience reviewing requirements, testing quality, and release management processes. Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology functions. Experience leading small teams and driving cross-functional execution. Strong knowledge of KPI methodology, target setting, strategic mapping, and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) frameworks. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools; familiarity with Corporator is preferred. Prior experience within insurance, banking, or an actuarial environment is an advantage.
