Role Overview
Fixed Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute the company and company’s products marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting market research, developing marketing plans, organizing and managing marketing activities, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and community management.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, search engines, and online advertising platforms.
- Create, coordinate, and manage marketing content for websites, social media, presentations, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Support website content updates, SEO initiatives, and online visibility improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and activity plans to ensure timely execution.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Manage CRM systems and execute lead nurturing, email marketing, and marketing automation activities.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, technical teams, and management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver marketing projects effectively.
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, workshops, and corporate events.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives and assist in tracking marketing-generated opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate branding and communication guidelines across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.
