Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and respond to customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include generating leads, providing tailored property solutions to clients, conducting market research, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. The role will require collaboration with other team members and staying informed about market trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets Capability to deliver Training and provide guidance to peers, ensuring team success Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with real estate market trends Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in real estate sales or a related industry is an advantage Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
