Responsibilities Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models based on project specifications and requirements. Collect and review project data to support BIM model development, quantity take-offs, and project scheduling. Coordinate with Estimation, Tendering, and Project Management teams to ensure BIM implementation aligns with project and client requirements. Consolidate BIM models, develop 4D models, and integrate BIM/Revit with Primavera P6 for schedule and cost visualization. Maintain BIM model integrity in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project requirements. Supervise, train, and support BIM Engineers and Modelers while identifying training and development needs. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental requirements. Perform additional assignments as required.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.5–7 years of relevant experience in BIM Engineering/Coordination. Proficiency in BIM software, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications. Good English proficiency, both written and spoken. Relevant BIM certifications are an advantage
