Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agent Real Estate Sales Manager (Resale/Seniors) position located in New Cairo. The candidate will be responsible for managing real estate sales operations, sourcing and engaging with potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves supervising and mentoring a team of sales agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to close deals effectively Knowledge of the real estate market and community-focused property management Experience in leading and managing a sales team Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and clients Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other digital sales platforms Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in real estate sales, especially resale properties, is a strong advantage A valid real estate license or certification is required
