Role Purpose
The Total Rewards, Performance Management & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation, benefits, performance management & organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role ensures alignment between people strategies and business objectives while driving employee engagement, performance excellence, and organizational growth
Role & Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities Total Rewards Activities:Develop and maintain compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives. Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Manage annual salary review, promotion, and bonus processes. Design and administer incentive schemes, recognition programs, and reward frameworks. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and governance requirements. Monitor compensation budgets and provide recommendations for cost optimization Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs & Supervise Payroll related activities
OD & Performance management Activities:Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management framework. Manage annual performance appraisal cycles and performance calibration sessions. Develop performance measurement tools, KPIs, and goal-setting methodologies. Support managers in performance coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans. Analyze performance trends and provide insights to leadership for talent decisions. Develop career paths and competency frameworks. Design and maintain organizational structures, job architectures, and governance frameworks. Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives.
Educational background, Skills, and Experience required
Minimum 6-7 years in Total Rewards , Payroll in middle management role . Previous Background in Performance Management, and Organizational Development design role. Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels Good analytical skills BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Design,Finance or relevant field
