Role Overview As a Chef de Partie – Garde-Manger, you will be responsible for managing the cold kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.✅ Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality cold dishes, salads, and appetizers Manage mise en place for the Garde-Manger section Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control Support menu execution for events and catering operations Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service????
