Technical Customer Service Representative (English Account)

Position Overview
This is a customer service role first – with a light technical layer. You will assist English-speaking customers by understanding their issues, following troubleshooting scripts, and providing solutions in a professional, service-oriented manner. This is not an IT or dedicated technical support engineer role.

English Proficiency Requirement
B2 to B2+
Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical or non-technical).
· Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
· Basic logical thinking and ability to follow technical procedures.
· No deep IT or engineering background required.

Compensation

· Base net salary: Up to 17,000 EGP
· Performance incentives: Up to 3,500 EGP (additional), Attadence bounce

Work Environment
Full-time, on-site at Maadi Technology Village.
