The organization values high-quality instruction, learner success, and a supportive educational environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective learners and institutional partners, presenting 4Level1’s English language programs, and guiding potential customers through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include conducting outbound and inbound calls, scheduling and leading consultations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves collaborating with the training and academic teams to understand program features, aligning customer needs with suitable course offerings, and supporting promotional activities and events. The Sales Specialist will work to achieve individual and team sales targets while providing a high standard of customer service at all times. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally. Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, such as pipeline tracking and reporting, is an advantage. Background in Training or education services sales, or familiarity with language learning programs, is beneficial. Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus. Comfortable using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and communication. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to adapt to varying customer schedules. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
