Social Media Content Evaluator (AI Training)

About the Role

What if your instinct for what makes a post go viral — or fall flat — could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people online? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, and help ensure they sound natural, culturally aware, and genuinely engaging.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who's plugged into social media and has a sharp sense of what works online. No marketing degree or content creation experience required — just a real feel for the social web and a commitment to quality feedback.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a variety of platforms and formats.
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, and overall quality.
• Identify content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or inappropriate.
• Assess how well AI captures trending topics, platform-specific conventions, and audience expectations.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating tools and written commentary.
• Work independently through task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• An active social media user with a genuine feel for what resonates online.
• Culturally aware and tuned in to current trends, memes, and platform norms.
• Strong written communicator who can articulate why content works — or doesn't.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with multiple social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, or others.
• Background in writing, editing, communications, or content strategy.
• Experience with content moderation, community management, or digital marketing.
• Broad awareness of internet culture across different communities and demographics.
