A Day in the Life

As a Corporate Affairs & Engagement Manager based in our Cairo office, you will be a key driver in shaping and protecting L'Or al's reputation in Egypt. You will craft and execute plan that build our corporate brand and foster a strong sense of connection and purpose among our employees.

• Corporate Storytelling: You will develop compelling narratives that showcase our Group s purpose and commitments.
• Employee Engagement: You will design and implement internal communication campaigns and initiatives that inform, inspire, and engage our employees, reinforcing our unique culture.
• Content & Digital Presence: You will be responsible for creating engaging content for our corporate platforms and managing our digital footprint to ensure a consistent and positive brand voice.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: You will lead key communication projects and collaborate closely with various teams across the business to drive impact.
