We are seeking a highly persuasive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our remote team in Egypt.
This role requires native-level English, as you will handle direct client communications, negotiations, and closings with U.S.-based buyers and sellers. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where exceptional communication skills, cultural fluency, and sales confidence in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and follow up on qualified leads via calls, email, and CRM.
- Conduct all client communications in native-level English.
- Guide U.S.-based buyers and sellers through the full sales process.
- Handle negotiations and objections professionally.
- Close real estate transactions with a client-focused approach.
- Collaborate remotely with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
Required Tools & Technical Setup- Laptop with minimum 8GB RAM.
- Stable wired internet connection (Ethernet required).
- Professional headset.
- Backup solutions for electricity and internet connectivity.

Job Requirements- Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 required).
