Job Summary
SPACEDGE is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support the company's financial and accounting operations. The role requires attendance one day per week and includes managing company accounts, preparing and reviewing invoices, handling electronic and paper tax invoices, and coordinating with relevant governmental authorities to ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company's accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements and reports.
Issue, manage, and archive electronic tax invoices and paper invoices.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Coordinate and follow up with governmental authorities regarding tax and financial matters.
Review accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Monitor company expenses and support financial planning activities.
Prepare required documentation for audits, inspections, and governmental submissions.
Provide management with periodic financial reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
Familiarity with electronic tax invoicing systems and governmental procedures.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
