Role Description The On-Ground & Activation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all on-ground marketing, brand, and sales activation activities for TBK Developments’ projects. This role oversees event and activation calendars, manages on-site teams and vendors, and ensures all activations are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines. The On-Ground & Activation Manager will handle logistics, permits, and setup for events, coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align activation objectives, and track performance metrics and feedback from each activity. The role involves supervising production of on-ground materials, maintaining a consistent brand presence at malls, roadshows, expos, and site events, and reporting on outcomes and improvements. The manager will also build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and suppliers to optimize activation quality and cost. Qualifications Proven experience in on-ground marketing, events, or brand activation management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a related industry. Strong project and event management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination. Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and on-ground teams, with solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and translate feedback into actionable improvements. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously under tight deadlines. Comfort working on-site at events, project locations, and external venues, including evenings/weekends as required by activations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with basic marketing tools or CRM platforms is beneficial. A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
