Role Description The Grok Video Creator role is a remote position responsible for planning, producing, and editing engaging video content that explains complex IT and consulting topics in a clear, accessible way. In this role, you will translate technical concepts and Grok-related insights into concise video scripts, storyboards, and visual narratives suitable for various digital channels. You will collaborate with consultants, subject matter experts, and marketing team members to define content objectives, refine messaging, and ensure brand consistency. Day-to-day tasks include recording and assembling footage, creating or integrating motion graphics, adding sound and visual effects, and optimizing videos for different platforms. You will also analyze content performance, experiment with new formats or styles, and continuously refine the visual identity of TSQ’s Grok-related video content.
Qualifications Strong video production skills, including planning, scripting, storyboarding, and on-screen or screen-capture recording. Proficiency in video editing and video post-production, with the ability to deliver polished content end-to-end. Experience with motion graphics and multimedia elements to enhance visual storytelling and clarify complex information. Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and optimization for web, social media, and learning platforms. Ability to translate technical or consulting content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling videos. Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines independently, and collaborating with distributed teams. Experience using modern AI tools (including Grok or similar AI assistants) to research, outline, or enhance content is a plus. Background in media production, communication, design, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
