We are seeking a Project Manager to be the operational backbone of the team — tracking every task, owning follow-up, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Track tasks and projects assigned across the team from start to finish Follow up consistently so commitments are met and deadlines aren't missed Turn the founder's verbal asks into clear, tracked action items with owners and due dates Chase down updates and surface blockers before they become problems Maintain a single source of truth for who owns what and where it stands Run lightweight check-ins to keep momentum across the team Give the founder a clear, current view of progress without being asked

Candidate Profile Proven experience in project management, operations, or a coordination-heavy role Relentless on follow-through — does not let tasks disappear into the void Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines Comfortable holding teammates accountable with professionalism and tact Strong written English and clear, proactive communication Self-directed and dependable — takes ownership without being managed Long-term mindset with a 12–24 month commitment
