Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spanish Travel Advisor role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Spanish Travel Advisor will handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions in Spanish, assisting travelers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries related to flights, hotels, and other travel services. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements in line with company policies, providing accurate information on itineraries, fares, and travel requirements, and ensuring that customer requests are resolved efficiently and professionally. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening, clarifying needs, and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives. The Spanish Travel Advisor will also document interactions in internal systems, follow established procedures and compliance standards, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets. Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. Strong verbal and written Communication skills Time management and problem-solving abilities Fluency in Spanish (English is not required) Bachelor's degree is a must Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
