Could you be the full-time Senior Maintenance Analyst/Planner in Cairo we re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance planning and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure seamless maintenance execution and optimal fleet availability for the WON Monorail project. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Unit Managers, Operations Planning, Supply Chain teams), coordinate depot activities, and leverage data analytics tools to optimize maintenance performance and decision-making. You ll specifically take care of developing integrated maintenance plans and schedules, but also monitoring performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. We ll look to you for:

  • Developing and maintaining integrated maintenance plans, including preventive, corrective, and overhaul activities.
  • Optimizing train fleet availability and rotation in alignment with operational needs.
  • Coordinating depot activities to ensure efficient resource utilization and workflow.
  • Managing and tracking work orders, ensuring proper prioritization and documentation.
  • Utilizing data analysis tools (e.g., MAXIMO, Power BI) to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Monitoring spare parts, tools, and consumables to align with maintenance plans.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to align maintenance schedules with operational requirements.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fleet availability and plan compliance.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with safety, quality, and project standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 5 8 years of experience in maintenance planning within railway, metro, or monorail systems.
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning, fleet planning, and depot operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MMIS systems (e.g., MAXIMO, GSI, Primavera).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Understanding of rail systems maintenance (ROS, Infrastructure, Systems).
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel activities and work under operational pressure.
