Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will make outbound calls to prospective learners and their families to introduce 4Level1’s English language programs, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses. The role includes answering inbound inquiries, explaining program features, pricing, schedules, and enrollment processes, and following up on leads to close sales. Daily tasks involve maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, achieving individual and team sales targets, and providing clear, professional communication at all times. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the training and academic teams to stay informed about course updates and promotions, ensuring consistent and accurate information is shared with potential learners. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain information in a structured, listener-friendly way. Customer Service and Customer Support experience, with a focus on empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented interactions over the phone. Sales skills, including lead qualification, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing, preferably in an educational or service environment. Training awareness or experience, with the ability to understand and communicate the value of language programs and learning outcomes. Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or inside sales roles is preferred. Comfort using CRM or call management systems and basic office software. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field is an advantage. Familiarity with English language learning or educational services in the Middle East is a plus.
