Position Title: Group Financial Controller Reports To:Group CFO Direct Reports:Country Financial Controllers GL Managers Consolidation Team Financial Reporting Team Budgeting & FP&A Team (depending on structure)

Position Purpose Lead and govern all group financial reporting, accounting operations, consolidation, budgeting governance, financial controls, compliance, and financial performance management across all countries and business units. The Group Financial Controller is the owner of financial accuracy, reporting integrity, accounting policies, period close process, group consolidation, audit readiness, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Own monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Maintain IFRS compliance across the group. Standardize accounting policies across countries.

Consolidation Manage multi-company and multi-country consolidations. Eliminate intercompany transactions. Reconcile intercompany balances. Prepare consolidated financial statements. Manage consolidation adjustments.

Accounting Governance Govern group Chart of Accounts. Govern accounting policies. Govern accounting procedures. Approve accounting structure changes. Maintain accounting standards.

Financial Close Management Lead month-end close. Lead quarter-end close. Lead year-end close. Define close calendar. Monitor close performance.

Budget & Forecast Governance Govern annual budgeting cycle. Govern rolling forecasts. Validate assumptions. Review budget submissions. Monitor budget performance.

Internal Controls Establish financial controls. Maintain segregation of duties. Ensure audit readiness. Implement control frameworks. Manage control testing.

Audit Management Coordinate external audits. Coordinate internal audits. Manage audit findings. Track corrective actions.

Financial Performance Analysis Review profitability. Review margins. Review cost structures. Review working capital. Review operational performance.

ERP Governance Own financial architecture within Odoo. Approve accounting configurations. Govern reporting structures. Govern financial master data.

KPI Ownership Responsible for:EBITDA Gross Profit Net Profit Working Capital DSO DPO Cash Conversion Cycle Forecast Accuracy Budget Variance Closing Cycle Time Audit Findings

Qualifications Education Mandatory:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred:MBA Finance Master's in Accounting

Professional Certifications Strongly Preferred:CPA ACCA CMA ACA At least one should exist.
