About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and oversee software implementation projects, primarily within the healthcare and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving projects to completion within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate project management tools and methodologies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Manage project changes related to scope, schedule, and cost through established change control processes. Prepare and present project status reports to executive management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ensure proper project documentation, governance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Escalate critical issues and risks to management when necessary. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory. Proven experience managing software implementation projects, preferably within hospitals or healthcare organizations. Strong knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects in complex environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with Sure Step Methodology is required.
