We are expanding our team and looking for high-caliber English Technical Customer Support Agents to join A Global Smartphone account. If you possess excellent communication skills and a strong technical mindset, we want to hear from you! Compensation & Benefits:Net Salary: Competitive package from 14,000 EGP up to 19,000 EGP (Determined based on English level evaluation and depth of experience). Training: Fully paid professional training phase from day one. Core Benefits: Comprehensive Social & Medical Insurance coverage. Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with 2 days off per week. Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (On site)???? Candidate Requirements:Language Proficiency: Fluent English (B2 / B2+ level minimum). Education: University Degree (Preferably majoring in Technology, Communication, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
