Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Senior Real Estate Agent will handle property sales and rentals, manage client relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include prospecting new leads, maintaining existing client portfolios, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth property transactions in a competitive real estate market. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate operations and trends in the New Cairo area.
Qualifications A valid Real Estate License and expertise in real estate practices Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Experience and proven success in Sales, particularly within the real estate or real property sectors Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market and local property trends Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred The ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in relevant real estate management software is a plus
