Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist - Dental CAD/CAM role based in Egypt. The Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities for CAD/CAM and digital dentistry solutions, including milling machines and related technologies. Daily responsibilities include visiting dental clinics, labs, and universities, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions that address customer needs. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to implementation teams. The Sales Specialist will provide product orientation and basic technical guidance to customers, follow up on post-sales satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships. The position also requires preparing proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends and competitors, and collaborating closely with marketing and technical teams to support business growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide a professional, solutions-oriented experience. Proven Sales experience, preferably in medical, dental, or technical products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in Sales Management or pipeline management, including forecasting, reporting, and effective territory or account planning. Ability to deliver product demonstrations for CAD/CAM systems and digital dental solutions to clinicians, technicians, and institutional clients. Background or strong interest in dentistry, dental technology, or medical devices is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Comfort with technical products, including CAD/CAM workflows and digital imaging, and willingness to learn new systems quickly. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work on-site all and travel regularly to customer locations as required.
