???? We're Hiring | Construction Technical Office Section Head
ARX Developments is seeking a highly experienced Technical Office Section Head to join our team and lead the technical office function across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Lead and manage the Technical Office team, ensuring efficient task distribution and performance monitoring.
▪ Review and approve Shop Drawings prior to site execution.
▪ Supervise quantity surveying, material take-offs, and technical submittals.
▪ Provide technical support to site teams and resolve engineering challenges.
▪ Coordinate with Planning, Cost Control, QS, Consultants, and Site Engineers to ensure project progress.
▪ Monitor variation orders and technical changes throughout the project lifecycle.
▪ Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
▪ Prepare periodic reports and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
✔ 8–12 years of experience in Technical Office and Construction Projects.
✔ Strong experience in Shop Drawings, Quantity Surveying, and Technical Coordination.
✔ Proficiency in Auto CAD, Excel, and Primavera.
✔ Solid understanding of construction codes, standards, and technical specifications.
✔ Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
