Job Duties: · Ensure optimal equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.· Lead and support the maintenance team both technically and administratively.· Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs.· Troubleshoot electrical and automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and instrumentation devices.· Manage utility consumption (electricity, water, and gas) and maintenance costs.· Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on technical requirements and spare parts.· Ensure proper work order execution, spare parts control, and workshop equipment readiness.· Support project planning and implementation activities.· Enhance preventive maintenance programs and equipment performance.· Deliver technical coaching and training to maintenance team members.· Drive TPM implementation and ensure compliance with maintenance best practices.· Maintain accurate equipment asset records and documentation. Job Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate (Electrical Major)2-4 years of Experience in the same field Leadership skills. Communication & Presentation skills. Problems Analysis and solving
