Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing clients via phone, promote and sell educational programs, address client inquiries and concerns, and maintain accurate customer records. Other responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assisting with upselling opportunities, and collaborating with the team to identify new prospects.
Qualifications Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities Proven experience in Sales and upselling, with an understanding of sales techniques Experience in Training or knowledge of language education programs is an advantage Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not required Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an added advantage
