ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination
- Daily tracking of orders through the system.
- Direct communication with shipping partners.
Financial Oversight
- Managing unapproved discounts.
- Sending payment links.
- Correcting invoices.
High-Value Sales
- Managing and closing sales for clients with high invoices (ranging from 200 Riyals to 2,000 Riyals and more).
Compliance with Standards
- Executing tasks accurately according to the Approved Work Guide and internal templates.
Basic RequirementsExperience
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales operations.
- Experience working with merchants on Shopify, Zid, or Salla platforms (basic requirement).
Professional Background
- Retail sector experience.
Availability
- Must not be tied to any other job.
- Available to work immediately.
Working Hours
- Full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saudi time).
Flexibility
- Willingness to be available during peak evening hours according to work requirements.
Financial BenefitsBasic Salary
- 5,000 – 8,000 Egyptian Pounds.
Progressive Commission System
- Sales commission starting from 2% and reaching up to 4% based on the volume of achieved sales.
Expected Monthly Income
- Total income (base salary + commissions) typically ranges between 9,000 and 17,000 Egyptian Pounds, depending on the quality of sales closures and performance accuracy.
