The Role:
follow-up of newly joined couriers during their first 30 days.
The role focuses on attendance tracking, communication, data follow-up, and field support to ensure
smooth onboarding and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up daily attendance and sign-off for new couriers through sheets and tracking tools
- Monitor onboarding WhatsApp groups and ensure daily compliance (hub check-in location & end-of-day confirmation)
- Act as first-line support for couriers during their first month
- Escalate critical issues (cash discrepancies, repeated absence, operational risks) to Fleet Onboarding Supervisor
- Conduct field visits to hubs when required to assess onboarding status and commitment
- Coordinate with Hub Supervisors to validate courier attendance and engagement
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers accurately
- Prepare brief daily and weekly status reports
- Support enforcement of onboarding SOPs and guidelines
Requirements :
- 1 Year experience in operations, fleet, logistics, or field coordination
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Forms, and WhatsApp
- Willing to work in the field when needed
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
