Key Responsibilities:Design & Pre-Press Supervision: Oversee and directly contribute to the graphic design and pre-press preparations, ensuring high-precision color separations (CMYK & Pantones) and flawless Printing Plates setup. Operational Oversight: Assist the Printing Manager in overseeing daily operations for industrial printing technologies, specifically Offset and Flexo. Packaging Production Mastery: Manage and optimize printing processes for plastic packaging and materials, ensuring perfect execution across various techniques including Dry Offset and IML (In-Mold Labeling). Quality & Color Management: Review, correct, and enforce strict color profiles and quality assurance protocols to ensure final outputs perfectly match approved master samples. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate actively between the design desk, production lines, and engineers to troubleshoot technical challenges, minimize downtime, and elevate design execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in print production, packaging design, or pre-press operations, with deep technical expertise in Offset and Flexo printing. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred. Design & Software Mastery: Advanced, professional proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign) is a must. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of industrial printing machinery technical compliance, color management systems, and advanced pre-press workflows. Environment: Strong ability to thrive, lead, and adapt in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. Bonus Skills: Advanced knowledge of creating 3D Mockups and utilizing modern AI tools to optimize design and production workflows is a strong advantage.
