Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Furniture Sales professional. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with selecting office furniture, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining extensive knowledge of product offerings. The role also involves actively promoting furniture solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. Additional tasks include managing inventory, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the showroom is presentable and organized.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients Experience in Retail Sales and Sales for achieving customer acquisition and revenue goals Knowledge of Furniture types and specifications to provide tailored recommendations Proven organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or CRM software is a plus Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
