Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging R&D Specialist, based in Egypt. The Packaging R&D Specialist is responsible for designing and engineering innovative packaging solutions, conducting quality control measures, and engaging in research to improve packaging materials and processes. The role involves analyzing packaging needs, developing prototypes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product appeal and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Packaging, Packaging Design, and Packaging Engineering Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure packaging effectiveness and compliance Strong ability to conduct research and implement innovative packaging solutions Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a creative approach to packaging challenges Proven experience in the food or consumable goods industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to align with production and marketing teams
